Allan Wiltshire, II is from the Washington D.C. area and has been transplanted in the South for more than 20 years. As a young man, Allan’s exposure to music came from his father and home church environment. It was here that Allan began to experiment with the piano, cornet and electric/bass guitars.

Allan attended the Berklee College of Music in Boston, where he had the opportunity to study with arranger Andy Jaffee and Jazz Trumpeter Mike Methany. Allan returned to Washington DC on scholarship to attend Howard University and to study with Fred Irby, principal trumpet with the Kennedy Center Pit Orchestra. Allan holds a degree in Trumpet performance from the University of Maryland in College Park.

It was on the marching band field at Maryland where Allan met Sherry and the solo became a duet. Allan and Sherry has been married for 29 years and make their home near Atlanta. The Wiltshires have 3 young adult children.

Upon arriving in Atlanta in the early 1990’s Allan began to play piano and trumpet around the city with small and large groups. While serving as worship director with various churches, Allan was able to maintain a professional presence in the Atlanta music scene as a vocalist and instrumentalist.

For nearly a decade, Allan has turned his focus to the import and export of international music through his organization, The Mission Minded Artist.  Allan has performed and toured with groups (Gospel and Contemporary Christian genre) in Poland, Egypt, South Africa, Panama, Italy and Kenya and more.

In 2012, Allan was recruited as a cast member of the National touring tribute group, The Rat Pack Now.  Using the classic swings sounds of the 1960’s under the guise of Sammy Davis, Jr., Allan has embarked on a journey of bringing happiness and joy to thousands as the Titans of Swing take the stage and do their thing.

Whether in the US or abroad, through sacred or secular genres, as a vocalist, instrumentalist or arranger, Allan Wiltshire has demonstrated excellence, versatility and passion throughout his tenure as an artist.
